A single cask bottling of single malt from Caol Ila, a fantastic distillery on the north-east coast of Islay. This whisky was distilled back in 2008, and left to age in a bourbon cask for 12 years, before being bottled in 2021 as part of The Cooper’s Choice range with an outturn of 360 bottles.

Nose: Delightful aroma.
