Distillery Information

Novo Fogo’s distillery sits where mountains, rainforest and ocean converge, near the town of Morretes in the state of Paran in the south of Brazil. Cleverly, the zero-waste distillery is built on a hill so the liquids progress through production by gravity without the need for mechanical pumps.
