Distillery Information

Hern Gin is a well-known brand from Sweden. It started in 2011 by Jon Hillgren, inspired by his time in London’s gin bars. Hern is distilled in Dala, near Hrnsand in ngermanland. It combines Swedish purity and craftsmanship. Hern Gin has quickly become one of Europe’s most awarded gins. Hern Gin uses time-honoured distillation and organic ingredients. It uses the finest botanicals like juniper berries and fresh lemon peel, all certified organic. This ensures quality and shows Herns commitment to sustainability. Hern’s copper still, named Kierstin, is key to the gins character. It allows slow distillation, preserving the botanicals’ flavours. The distillery’s careful monitoring has earned it the Worlds Best Gin title at the World Gin Awards.
