Lighthouse Gin Inspired by the spectacular Cape Palliser Lighthouse on the southernmost tip of the North Island, Lighthouse Gin is one of New Zealands oldest craft gins. Distiller Rachel Hall is the custodian of a recipe perfected over many years that includes nine botanicals twice distilled and then perfectly blended with water filtering from high in the Remutaka Ranges and emerging in a spring at Palliser Bay.

Lighthouse Gin was established in 2005 by founder and original Master Distiller, Neil Catherall, who spent over 5 years developing his custom 200-liter copper still and his unique botanical formula to craft small batch gin.
