Distilled twice in copper stills, this spirit has a unique flavor profile that is nutty and fruity with notes of prune, raisin, and spice. The aging process takes place in Limousin or Gascon oak casks for at least three years, giving the Armagnac a deep amber color and complex flavor. It is best enjoyed neat or as an after-dinner sipping drink.
