A handcrafted Colombian vintage rum from Dictador, limited release as part of their ‘Best of’ series. This 38-year old rum was distilled in 1979 and finished in American Whiskey Cask. It’s a strikingly complex and deep rum full of characters and interplays between Rum and Whiskey. Delicate softness to the nose, dried honeyed fruits like apricot, Medjool dates, and golden raisins. Flavors of delicious and rounded milk chocolate, mocha and toasted macadamia nuts and hints of sugar cane.
