Located in the foothills of the town of Tequila, Hijos de Zoila is known for its artisanal production and its unique flavor profiles. Hijos de Zoila is one of the few mezcal distilleries that has access to a large, underground water source that feeds the local springs, which gives their mezcal a smooth, silky, buttery finish.
