Using a traditional recipe of Juniper, Coriander, and a variety of other botanicals, this gin is a fresh take on a timeless spirit. The Barrel Aged Knickerbocker Gin is aged in a specially selected oak barrel for a minimum of two months. The oak gives the gin an extra depth of flavor and smoothness that cannot be achieved in any other way. This is a traditional gin with a new twist.
