Agua del Sol Tobasiche Mezcal is made from 100% agave Espadin and cooked in stone ovens for 12 hours. The maguey is then crushed by foot and distilled twice in copper pots. The resulting mezcal is then aged in barrels for three months. It is bottled at 47% ABV and comes in a limited edition series of hand-blown bottles.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.

Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
