Barking Irons Applejack is a 100-proof, made-in-New-York Applejack made from 100% New York apples (a blend of early season varieties from farms around the Finger Lakes and Hudson Valley). After distillation, the apple brandy is aged in charred oak barrels at Van Brunt Stillhouse in Redhook, Brooklyn.

Barking Irons Spirits was co-founded by Elliott Phear and Casey McGrath who were interested in bringing the original American spirit, Applejack, back to life. The brand pays homage to the rich heritage of old New York through the map of Five Points on the interior of their bottle to the traditional firefighters shield shape of the front label and every bottle is filled with only the finest NY apples.
