It spent the next 30 years(!) in a single sherry hogshead, until Hunter Laing bottled it for The Sovereign series, with a release of just 242 bottles.

Nose: Full-bodied aroma.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.

Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
