Back in December 2005, this tasty single malt was distilled at Craigellachie. A single bourbon cask was where it spent its days, and after 13 years it was independently bottled in August 2019 by Single Cask Nation. Unlucky for some, but not this whisky, which weighs in at 58.1% ABV, full of orchard fruit and floral notes.

Nose: Pecan pie and apple blossom, with flapjack and pear skin.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.

Finish: Lingering finish.
