A pair of hippies watch on as the stills get delivered to the old cotton mill where tasty Highland whisky would soon be created. Another wonderful indie bottling from That Boutique-y Whisky Company. Batch 7 is a release of 450 bottles. That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles single malts, single grains, blended malts, blends and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic-novel-style labels.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.

Palate: The palate has a rich oiliness thats very pleasant. Theres acacia honey here, drizzled over toast, and elements of beeswax and bourbon-esque vanilla. Golden cereals develop, which pink grapefruit and orange rind add a citrus aspect to.

Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
