Distillery Information

Humboldt Craft Spirits were originally founded in 2011 by Fred and Jackie Moore, fifth-generation Humboldt County locals with a passion for building one of the first local craft distilleries. It was re-established in 2022, now owned and operated by husband and wife team David and Tera Cook.
