Kyr Dark Gin is inspired by fierce weather. It is the perfect union of Finnish wholegrain rye and 17 spices and botanicals. Aged in American oak barrels for 3-12 months. Enjoy hot or cold with cloudy apple juice, cinnamon and a slice of fresh apple. Kyr Dark Gin will warm you up or cool you down.

Nose: The opening is extremely refined and suave. First, the spices and the juniper, with a hint of citrus zest, precede delicately woody (new oak) and fruity (pineapple, pear, apple) notes.

Palate: The palate is remarkably saline and gradually takes on a vanilla-scented aspect.

Finish: The mid-palate returns to spices (saffron) and fruit (fresh walnuts, plum, Mirabelle plum).
