Kyro is a small-batch gin made in the U.S. from American-grown grain and distilled to 90 proof. Kyro is aged in new American oak barrels for six months, giving it a rich, smooth flavor. Kyro Dark Barrel Rested Gin is the same as Kyro Barrel Rested Gin, but with a darker, more intense flavor. The dark color comes from the long aging process in the new American oak barrels. The dark color also imparts a slightly more intense flavor than the standard Kyro Barrel Rested Gin.
