Each botanical is distilled separately and carefully blended for a clever balance of zesty citrus and drying herbs.

Mistral Gin | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Fresh, drying notes of basil and thyme are followed by zesty citrus peels.

Palate: Oily, softly floral juniper and liquorice.

Finish: Quite delicate and smooth texture on the long finish.

Distillery Information

Between the Aurlien Mounts and the Sainte-Victoire Mountain, grapes and olives grown in this domain have a Provenal accent and the flavour of scrubland. Terre de Mistral is, above all, a beautiful story of families united by their common passion for wine and olive oil. They share this love of the land with rare enthusiasm. The owners of the winery Domaine Terre de Mistral, Nadia and Serge Davico, are natives of Rousset (near Aix-en-Provence) and the vineyard came partly from serges grandfather, Galine as called by his peers.
