Monti is produced over in Madrid using a selection of 15 botanicals. You’ll find a few of the usual suspects in there, with cardamom and cinnamon, though there are a few mystery botanicals too! It’s produced in small batches of fewer than 100 bottles, weighing in at 41% ABV. A G&T with a sprig of lavender should do this fragrant gin rather well.
