Moros Salice Salentino Rosso DOP Riserva is a full-bodied red wine produced in the Salice Salentino DOC in Puglia, Italy. It is made from the Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera di Lecce grapes, which are grown in the area’s characteristic red soils. The wine is aged for two years, and has aromas of ripe red fruit, dried herbs and spices, and hints of mocha. On the palate, it has notes of blackberry, raspberry, and cherry, with a hint of sweet tobacco and a hint of licorice. The wine has a well-balanced acidity and ripe tannins, and the finish is long and smooth.
