This one was distilled in 2016, produced from agave grown at Los Patos, named as such because it’s based near a pond where ducks (aka, Los Patos) migrate! The agave plants were harvested at seven years old before they were distilled and rested in oak. A wonderfully buttery expression.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.

Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.

Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
