Producer Information
When it was founded in 1951, the cooperative cellar brought together 120 winegrowers. Over time, it attracted new members and developed new sales channels as well as new products with, in 2011 and 2012, the first organic vintages. Today, the Terrasses Cvennes cooperative cellar cultivates 200 hectares of vines located in the foothills of the Cvennes. They bring together many different terroirs which produce different wines. With 14 red and white grape varieties including cabernet sauvignon but also Ugni blanc and viognier, the cellar produces IGP Cvennes and Pays d’Oc as well as AOP Languedoc. Tasting cellar and sale of AOC Coteaux du Languedoc wine and Vins de Pays des Cvennes. Located in the heart of a sumptuous setting, the Cellier des Terrasses Cvenoles welcomes you with great pleasure to introduce you to our wines. Between Cvennes and Garrigues, the 250 ha of the vineyard express themselves in a supple and fruity way with: “Le Cigalois”, reveal the typicity of the grape varieties with “Monteyrac”, or assert their powerful character with the generous “Roche Fourcade”.
