Nose: Dominant notes of vanilla due to longer ageing in French Limousine oak barrels. Followed by ripe apricot, baked apple and elegant floral notes.

Palate: A perfect harmony between the strength of ripe fruit and subtle notes of liquorice; offering a great complexity of elegant and powerful aromas.

Finish: Great elegance and length on the finish.

Distillery Information

The Remy Martin brand is named after the founder who was born in southwestern France in 1695. He created a cognac trading house in 1724 and it was passed on to Paul-Emile-Rmy Martin, his grandson in 1773 after he died. In 1810, he took the Remy Martin cognacs into Asia, the Pacific, and the United States of America.
