Uncle Val brand owner August Sebastiani’s family were originally from Italy, but moved to California and into the wine business – and subsequently into the gin world! As well as the usual juniper (naturally) and lemon, Uncle Val’s Restorative Gin also contains lavender and sage, two herbs that remind Sebastiani of his uncle’s garden in Tuscany.
