Worthy Park 12 Year Old | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Initial notes of banana and oak with brine, olives, citrus, vanilla and a smoky combo of tobacco and leather underlined with a mild sweet note.

Palate: The mild sweetness is there along with honey, banana, citrus, caramel and oak.

Finish: A long finish with notes of leather and tobacco.

Distillery Information

Rum was distilled at Worthy Park as early as 1741, although there are earlier records of the estate itself (1670) and sugar planting (approximately 1720). Just four families have owned Worthy Park over its 350-plus-year history.
