Ypioca Prata, prata meaning Silver, Cachaca Liqueur from Brazil. Aged for two years in Brazilian Freijo wood barrels giving a clear, refined liquid with a very light taste. Ypioca is known as the largest producer of Cachaca in Brazil and makes several types, notably Rum Toucano, Ypioca Crystal is a clear cachaca, aged for 10 months in Brazilian wood barrels called freijo. Ypioca is Brazil’s finest Cachaa distilled from sugar-cane aged one year barrels of freije – a special wood of Brazil.
